When you contact Studio-01 through the website, we may process your name, email address, inquiry subject, selected services, message, language preference and any other information that you voluntarily include in your inquiry.

The website also processes limited technical information necessary for operation and security. This may include an IP address, request and security information, submission identifiers, timestamps and anti-abuse verification data.

Studio-01 does not ask you to provide sensitive or special-category personal data through the contact form. Please do not include health information, biometric information, political or religious information or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your request.

Contact information and inquiry content are processed so that Studio-01 can understand your request, respond to questions, discuss potential work, prepare an offer and take steps requested by you before entering into a business relationship.

Limited technical information may be processed to operate the website, prevent spam and automated abuse, protect the contact system, investigate technical problems and maintain the security and integrity of the service.

Where applicable, information may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or protect legal rights. Studio-01 does not use contact-form information for unrelated advertising or marketing unless a separate lawful basis is established for that purpose.

Information submitted through the website forms is sent to Studio-01 through the website backend. The current website does not maintain a separate permanent database of contact-form submissions. The submission is delivered as email and may remain in the relevant email correspondence.

Providing the information requested in a contact form is voluntary. However, Studio-01 may be unable to respond to or evaluate an inquiry if essential contact or request information is not provided.

Studio-01 uses technical safeguards intended to limit automated submissions, duplicate requests and abusive traffic. Limited network and submission information may therefore be processed temporarily for security and rate-limiting purposes.

Contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate interactions from automated or abusive requests. Technical information required for this verification is processed by Cloudflare and a verification token is validated by the Studio-01 server before a form submission is accepted.

Studio-01 uses infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate the website. The website is hosted on server infrastructure provided by netcup. These systems may process technical connection and server information required to deliver and secure the website.

Cloudflare is used for services including security, DNS and automated-abuse protection. Cloudflare Turnstile is used specifically to protect website forms.

Resend is used to transmit contact-form messages by email. Personal information contained in a form submission may therefore be processed by Resend and its authorized subprocessors to provide the email-delivery service.

Some technology providers used by Studio-01 operate internationally. In particular, Resend states that its primary processing operations and customer-data storage are in the United States. Contact-form information sent through Resend may therefore be processed outside Türkiye.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, Studio-01 takes or will take the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law and limits transfers to what is necessary for the relevant service. International-transfer arrangements may change if the service providers or technical architecture used by Studio-01 change.

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for an ongoing business relationship, or where retention is required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or rights-protection purposes.

Where an inquiry does not result in an ongoing project or business relationship, Studio-01 intends to remove ordinary inquiry correspondence from active records within 12 months unless there is a legitimate reason or legal requirement to retain it longer. Temporary anti-abuse and rate-limiting information is retained for substantially shorter periods.

Studio-01 does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers. The website may store a theme preference in browser local storage and in a first-party preference cookie so that a selected light or dark appearance can be remembered. The current theme cookie may remain for up to one year.

Security services such as Cloudflare may also use technical mechanisms necessary to provide security and prevent abuse. If Studio-01 later introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this policy and the website's consent controls will be updated where required.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, individuals may have rights concerning whether their personal data is processed, obtaining information about processing, learning the purpose and recipients of processing, requesting correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met, objecting to certain results produced through automated processing, and seeking compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.

Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation or another applicable privacy law applies, additional rights may be available, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with an appropriate supervisory authority. The availability of a particular right depends on the law applicable to the processing.

The Studio-01 website may contain links to external websites and social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Studio-01 does not control how an independent third-party website processes information after you leave this website.

Studio-01 provides professional services to businesses and is not directed toward children. Studio-01 does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website.

This policy may be updated when Studio-01 changes its website, service providers, data-processing practices or legal obligations. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page.
